Yoga For Better Sleep will provide a sequence of creative and relaxing poses that will improve blood flow and relieve muscle tension to aid in muscle recovery and sleep quality. Focusing on your breath while guiding you through simple poses to work on your body on a deep level, leaving you balanced, relaxed, and refreshed.
*Each class ends with a crystal sound meditation during shavasana. The goal is to reduce stress pain, bring deep self awareness, promote creativity, improve learning and clarify personal values. The use of the sounds and vibrations balances the right and left brain hemispheres, bringing clarity to anxiety and fear.
