This class will bring foundational yoga poses to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Expect a fully balanced class with guided breath through each pose to align the body and mind with an emphasis on simplicity, repetition and ease of movement. You will develop a stronger mind body connection and grow in strength and flexibility.

*Each class ends with a crystal sound meditation during shavasana. The goal is to reduce stress pain, bring deep self awareness, promote creativity, improve learning and clarify personal values. The use of the sounds and vibrations balances the right and left brain hemispheres, bringing clarity to anxiety and fear.
