Enjoy a therapeutic flow designed to bring balance to the body and mind through holding poses and exploring what each pose has to offer you. Slowing down helps us relax the nervous system, focus on our breath and become stronger mentally and physically. The class flow is slow and meditative with an emphases on peace and calming the body and mind, holding each pose longer than a typical yoga flow.

*Each class ends with a crystal sound meditation during shavasana. The goal is to reduce stress pain, bring deep self awareness, promote creativity, improve learning and clarify personal values. The use of the sounds and vibrations balances the right and left brain hemispheres, bringing clarity to anxiety and fear.
