Hello beautiful people,
My name is Chanda Woodall, I’m the owner of In Time Yoga & Wellness Studio located in Fairlawn Oh. My team and I created this certification to help uplifts one another sprits and education on sound healing. I am a certified yoga and meditation teacher and have grown a passion for sound healing and learned so many good things about the benefits it brings to our bodies.
Throughout this certifications the guest will be guided through beginner friendly movement ending with a guided meditation session to bring us center for the first 60mins of this workshop.
Following the collective guided sound meditation, I will go through the Intro to Sound Healing Manual that each student will be provided with to take home as a reference. The students will get a chance to play one of my sound healing bowls with guided instructions, learn about chakra balancing and how the two come together.
